Eden Bennett

Trained as a beaded jeweler, Eden Bennett studied metalsmithing at FIT in Manhattan. She continued to learn about the trade as an apprentice to the renowned platinumsmith. Lee Barbera of New Haven, Ct. Inspired primarily by color and shape, her more complicated works are literally “composed”. Babylon Village Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Community support through membership and donations enable BVAC to present continous
cultural art programs throughout the year to the community. Programs are made possible
in part through grants from Suffolk County Executive Office and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and through private contributions from
Astoria Federal Savings Bank, sponsorships and donations.
