I love photography because it allows you to capture a moment in time to be remembered and relived again and again. Growing up on 165 acres of land in Upstate NY deeply influenced my appreciation of the beauty of nature. I started taking photos as a young teen and have enjoyed taking my camera with me ever since whether it be locally or in my travels overseas.  ~ Tiqvah Terroade

Babylon Village Arts Council is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

Community support through membership and donations enable BVAC to present continous
cultural art programs throughout the year to the community. Programs are made possible
in part through grants from Suffolk County Executive Office and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and through private contributions from
Astoria Federal Savings Bank, sponsorships and donations.
