| JIM CAMPILONGO ELECTRIC TRIO with Stephan Crump and Tony Mason |
|
New York based Jim Campilongo's musical roots draw from jazz, blues, country and rock. His songwriting and music are a reflection of the man.
His guitar acumen impressed Fender Guitars enough that in 2010 Fener Guitars bestowed on Jim the honor of the Campilongo Signature Telecaster, a high quality instrument made by Fender's elite Custom Shop.
On Monday nights, when he's not on tour, you can find him at the Living Room in Manhattan or you might catch him with Nora Jones and the Little Willies. He's also had repeat appearances on David Letterman, Conan O'Brien and been interviewed on many major radio shows.
Billboard Magazine calls Jim Campilongo, "an American treasure", an accolade this guitarist's artistry and influential career has richly earned him. |

The Michael Jazz Trio is 16 year-old Matthew on keyboard, 14 year-old David on bass, alto and tenor sax and 9 year-old Jordan on drums. These three extremely talented young brothers share a middle name of Michael, but that's not all they share; they have an amazing knowledge of jazz and a great talent for playing it. |

| JEAN ROHE and Ilusha Tsinadze |
|
Jean Rohe's approach to jazz singing is uniquely her own. Raised in a family for whom singing and playing folk music was just part of the daily routine, Jean's style is unpretentious and clear. Her experience singing Latin American jazz and popular music as well as improvising traditions is also evident in the expressive music she plays. All of these influences, together with her flexible and confident vocal instrument, result in a performance that is both distinctive and alive. It's no surprise then, that Jean was the second place and audience prize winner at the Montreux Jazz Festival vocal competition on 2006. Joined by her long-time musical partner, the skilled and creative guitarist Ilusha Tsinadze, the duo's repertoire spans standards of the American Songbook, Brazilian jazz, reworking of pop music, and original compositions. |

The Sunnyland Jazz Band, with Bob Barta (banjo), John Klumpp (trumpet) and Jedd Furman (tuba), has been playing together for over 20 years.
The band draws their material from the neglected tunes of Tin Pan Alley and New Orleans; lesser known pieces recognized by jazz aficionados. Their philosophy is to give a resurgent voice to some of the great performers of the early 20s and 30s; those performaers from the "heyday of jazz". They are known for thier "never the same way once" approach to music. Their rendition, at any given time, is a function of where the mood and interaction takes them. |

Dave Allen is one of the more distinctive voices on his instrument today. He has continually sought to forge a unique vision through his playing and writing, one that features lyrical melodies with lilting, complex rythms. At the age of 16, he was already recognized by Guitar Player magazine as a talent to watch. Leading trios and quartets for the past 15 years, Allen has increasingly made his presence felt on the New York scene. In the past few years Allen has worked with Chris Cheek, Sam Newsome, Donny McCaslin, Mark Shim, Eric McPherson, Matt Penman, John Riley and many others.

| RAY ANDERSON with Steve Salerno |
|
The mark of a great artist has always been to go beyond technical experience and impart a personal vision - a sense of style and self-expression that is indelibly his own. Among modern jazz musicians, no one rises to that standard more than trombonist Ray anderson, whose sublime mastery of the tricks of his trade is equaled by the bountiful spirit he pours into his one-of-a-kind sound. Named five straight years as best trombonist in the Down Beat Critics Poll and declared "the most exciting slide brass player of his generation" by the Penguin Guide to Jazz on CD, Anderson has shown remarkable range. He has led or co-led a daunting assortment of tradition-minded and experimental groups, big bands, blues and funk projects and even a trombone quartet. In the tradition of Louis Armstrong, he is a colorful and exuberant performer and a spirited vocalist who induces smiles with his unusual split tones and screech effects.
"The most prominent trombonist of his generation." (Gene Seymour, NY Newsday) |

| FRANK VIGNOLA TRIO |
| with Vinny Raniolo and Gary Mazzarop |
|
Frank Vignola is one of the most accomplished, multi-dimensional guitarists walking the planet today. A performer, composer, and improviser, Frank plays proficiently in nearly every genre, from jazz to bluegrass, and collaborates widely (Tommy Emmanuel, Mark O'Connor, Wynton Marsalis, et al.). Whether he is featured on a Donal Fagen recording, a jam with David Grisham, or leading his own groups throughout the years, he has proven himself on of the best at creating his own unique sound.
Born on suburban Long Island, Vignola was raised in the New York area. He started playing the guitar at the age of five and grew up admiring a variety of guitarists. Far from a jazz snob, Vignola never listened to jazz exclusively and was a major fan of rock, R&B, and pop. The guitarists that he admires range from Django Reinhardt and George Barnes to rock icons like Frank Zappa and Eddie Van Halen. As a young adult, Vignola studied at the Cultural Arts Center of Long Island and went on to enjoy an enormous amount of sideman gigs in the 1980s including recording and touring with the likes of Madonna, Leon Redbone, Ringo Starr as wel as coming into his own as a leader as well as making featured appearences on Atlantic, Sony and Warner Brothers Records as a sideman with numerous jazz and pop artists.
"How versatile is Frank Vignola? He's collaborated with Lionel Hampton and Madonna, covers Mozart and Black Sabbath on the same record, and is one of Les Paul's favorite guitarists." -The Boston Globe
